About

A tactical, tech‑centric swing strategy using leveraged ETFs. It buys dips in Nasdaq/semis, hedges when prices look “too hot,” and shifts to Treasuries, USD, or gold in downtrends, using inverse/volatility ETFs for protection.
NutHow it works
Step 1: Is the S&P 500 above its 200‑day average? If yes = uptrend; if not = downtrend. RSI is a 0–100 “heat” score of recent moves (high = hot, low = cold). Uptrend: if things look too hot, hedge with inverse‑Nasdaq/volatility (SQQQ/UVXY). Otherwise buy dips in leveraged tech (TQQQ) or sit in short Treasuries (STIP). Downtrend: buy only steep dips (TECL/UPRO), otherwise favor Treasuries, USD, gold, or short Nasdaq.
CheckmarkValue prop
Tracks Nasdaq tech dips with hedges; out-of-sample it shows higher risk-adjusted upside vs S&P 500: Sharpe 1.83 vs 1.13; annualized return ≈137% vs 20%; Calmar 3.20. Bigger potential gains with active risk controls.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
