A fast, tactical “buy the dips, sell the rips” system. Uses a trend filter and an RSI hot/cold meter to switch between leveraged tech, safety bonds/cash, and hedges like inverse ETFs and volatility. Very aggressive and timing‑heavy.

1) Trend check: Is the S&P 500 above its 200‑day average? 2) Heat check: Is the market “too hot” by RSI (a 0–100 hot/cold meter)? If hot, it goes defensive with inverse Nasdaq (SQQQ) or volatility (UVXY). If not hot, it buys the more beaten‑down of 3x Nasdaq (TQQQ) or short‑term bonds (STIP). Below trend it’s more cautious, often favoring Treasuries (SHY/SHV) but buying sharp tech dips (TQQQ/TECL/SOXL) and fading spikes. It can also rotate into TLT, UGL, or USD (UUP/UDN).
