This is a very fast-moving market-timing strategy. It checks whether stocks look overheated, beaten down, or in a long-term uptrend/downtrend. If markets look strong, it often buys aggressive funds tied to tech or the S&P 500. If markets look stressed, it can switch into Treasury-bond funds, volatility funds, or defensive holdings like BTAL and short-term Treasury funds. It also sometimes picks the single strongest stock from a large watchlist.
