About

A daily, rules‑based strategy that toggles between aggressive 3x tech/semis, defensive bonds or cash, and volatility hedges. It uses trend and a 0‑100 “too hot/too cold” gauge (RSI) to ride strength, hedge heat, flip bearish, or buy sharp dips. High risk.
NutHow it works
It watches market trend and a “speedometer” (RSI). In strong uptrends it holds fast movers (often 3x tech/semis or a top big‑tech stock). If things get too hot it adds a volatility hedge (UVXY/BTAL). If trend weakens it shifts to bonds or cash. If very oversold, it buys dips. Rebalanced daily.
CheckmarkValue prop
Not a core SPY replacement. Out-of-sample data show higher risk and larger drawdowns than the S&P 500. This high-volatility, regime-switching overlay offers diversification and hedging in stressed markets.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
