About

A two-sleeve, trend-following portfolio: 70% rotates into the 5 best big‑tech/AI names when the market is rising, otherwise moves to Treasuries or gold. 30% follows crypto momentum (BTC/ETH and related ETFs), else parks in gold. Rebalanced daily.
NutHow it works
- 70% Stocks: If the S&P 500 (SPY) is above its 50‑day average, split this sleeve equally across the 5 strongest names from a list of big‑tech/AI/semiconductor stocks and ETFs. If not, hold IEF (7‑10y Treasuries) when rising; otherwise IAU (gold). - 30% Crypto: If a Bitcoin ETF (IBIT) has a positive 50‑day trend, buy crypto funds; if its short‑term trend is also positive, equal‑weight the top 4 among BTC/Ether and blockchain/miner ETFs, else hold IBIT only. If the 50‑day trend isn’t positive, hold IAU. Rebalanced daily.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample Sharpe 2.87 vs SPY 1.95; Calmar 10.39. 106% annualized return vs SPY ~23%. A disciplined 70/30 trend-following sleeve (tech/AI leaders) with crypto and safe-haven hedges, daily rebalanced—stronger risk-adjusted upside.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
