Each day: 1) If SPY/QQQ or major sectors (value, comms, staples, banks) look overheated (RSI = 0–100 heat gauge of recent speed; very high = stretched), buy UVXY (spikes when fear jumps). 2) Else check trend: S&P 500 below its 200‑day avg = weak; above = strong. 3) Trade semis: in weak markets, short pops with SOXS (unless RSI is low); in strong markets, short only extreme pops; otherwise hold SOXL. Rebalanced daily.
