A rules‑based, daily portfolio that rotates among tech stocks, bonds, commodities and volatility hedges. It rides trends, buys dips after sharp sell‑offs, adds VIX hedges when markets look overheated, and parks in T‑bills when signals are weak.

Each day it checks simple “trend/heat” signals. Trend: is price above its long average? If yes, it holds growth (QQQ/tech) and often short‑vol (SVXY); if not, it shifts to T‑bills or inverse funds. Heat: RSI (0–100 speed-of‑move gauge). Overheated → add VIX hedges (UVXY/VIXY); washed‑out → buy dips. Separate sleeves trade bonds (TMF/TMV) and oil/nat‑gas/commodities using the same rules.
