It mixes many small rule-based strategies. Each checks simple signals: trend (price vs moving averages), overheating or washout (RSI), quick drops, and which asset is stronger. If risk rises, it shifts to cash or hedges; if trends are firm, it owns stocks, bonds, or commodities. A Markowitz optimizer sets the mix.
