A defensive, two-part strategy that each day buys the most recently beaten-down choices from a mix of stock and bond funds, aiming to catch short-term rebounds without using leverage.
NutHow it works
This strategy splits money into two equal halves. For each half, it looks at a small menu of investments and asks: which one has been hit the hardest over the last 10 trading days? It measures that with RSI, a simple “recently hot vs. recently cold” score. Then it buys the most beaten-down choice in each group, betting on a short-term bounce. One half can choose from broad stock funds, tech-heavy stocks, utilities, or a bond fund. The other half chooses from defensive stock sectors and several bond funds.
