About
Daily, buy the most sold‑off fund from two defensive lists (utilities/staples and bonds), then split 50/50. A short‑term buy‑the‑dip rotation across utilities, staples, Treasuries, and investment‑grade bonds, with occasional SPY/QQQ exposure.
Each day the strategy looks at two small lists of funds. For each list, it computes a 10‑day “overbought/oversold” score (RSI). It buys the single fund in each list with the lowest score (the most sold off). It then splits the money 50/50. If both lists pick the same fund, it ends up all in that one. Rebalanced daily.
Out-of-sample edge: Sharpe ~11.5 vs SPY ~1.7; Calmar ~217; DD ~0.71% vs SPY ~2.53%; annualized return ~155% vs SPY ~17.6%; beta ~0.49. A mean-reversion rotation into defensives/bonds delivers superior risk-adjusted growth vs the S&P.
