About

Bond‑first, rules‑driven mix that times long‑term Treasuries in both directions, adds a small buy‑the‑dip sleeve across bonds/stocks/gold/REITs, and moves to cash‑like ETFs when signals are weak. Rebalanced daily.
NutHow it works
Three sleeves, checked daily. 1) Core (~65%): times long US Treasury ETFs (TMF/UBT/TYD). Buys when trend is up (short‑term avg > long‑term) or after a selloff (RSI, a 0–100 “heat” score, is low). Else holds T‑bills (BIL) or a hedge‑fund‑like ETF (QAI). 2) Hedge: buys the inverse Treasury ETF (TMV) only when it trends up and isn’t too volatile; else munis (MUB), cash, or low‑vol stocks (USMV). 3) Blend: buys 2 most beaten‑down from bonds/stocks/gold/real estate; favors TIPS when chosen.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample, Sharpe 1.56 vs SPY 1.21 and max drawdown 7.65% vs 18.76%—bond-first, rules-based diversification delivers resilient, lower-risk growth with competitive returns versus the S&P 500.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
