About

Daily, rules‑based swing trader. Buys 3x tech/semis on dips when the trend is healthy, flips to volatility or inverse ETFs when the market is overheated, and parks in T‑bills when risk signals flash. Heavy tech/semis bias; very high risk.
NutHow it works
It reads 3 dials each day: stock “heat” (RSI 0–100: >75 hot, <30 washed‑out), trend (moving averages), and fear (VIX/volatility and bonds: TLT/BIL/IEF). If hot, it hedges with volatility or inverse ETFs (UVXY, SQQQ, SOXS). If washed‑out and trend is fine, it buys fast 3x bulls (TQQQ, TECL, SOXL, UPRO). If risk looks bad, it hides in T‑bills (BIL).
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample edge: ~27% annualized return vs SPY ~22%, achieved via rules-based regime switching, hedges (volatility/inverse ETFs), and cash when needed. Higher upside than the S&P 500 with disciplined risk controls.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
