About

A daily, high-octane switcher that buys 3x tech/semis on strength or after dips, and flips to volatility hedges, bond trades, or 3x inverse ETFs when markets look stretched or weak. It uses trend and interest-rate cues to choose offense vs defense.
NutHow it works
Each day it decides if markets are risk-on or defensive using long-term trend lines and interest-rate clues. Then it either: 1) buys a fast mover (often 3x tech/semis like TQQQ/TECL/SOXL), 2) hedges or shorts with volatility (UVXY) or 3x inverse ETFs, or 3) parks in safer bond/cash ETFs. It buys dips and sells rips using simple “overbought/oversold” gauges.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample, daily regime-switching strategy aims higher upside by riding momentum in leveraged tech/semis and hedging with volatility/bonds, delivering ~27% annualized vs SPY’s ~22%, with lower beta (~0.56) and diversification—though drawdowns can exceed ~41% in stress.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
