A fast, tactical strategy built around semiconductors and Nasdaq: chase strength in uptrends, buy dips, and hedge or go short when things look overheated or fearful. Uses bond trends as a safety check. Heavy use of 2x/3x and VIX funds—very volatile.

It flips risk on/off based on three ideas: 1) Panic mode: if market “fear” (VIX) surges, buy volatility funds (UVXY/VIXM). 2) Normal times: rotate into what’s strongest over ~3 months—usually chips (SOXL/SOXX/NVDA/AMD), energy (XLE), commodities (DBC), or 2x S&P (SSO). 3) Timing: RSI (a 0–100 hot/cold meter) buys dips/sells rips in Nasdaq/semis, while bond trends tilt it long (SOXL) or short/hedged (SOXS/SQQQ/UVXY).
