It mostly sits in cash-like T‑bills/Treasuries. It only takes a trade when many “green lights” line up: trend up, fear not extreme, and the target area isn’t overheated. - If chip stocks pop on a strong day (but not too hot), it can buy SOXL (3x chips). - If China looks set for a controlled bounce, it can buy YINN (3x China). - If tech looks ripe for a quick dip, it can buy SQQQ (3x inverse Nasdaq). Weights favor the steadier choices; otherwise it stays in T‑bills.
