A daily, tactical S&P 500 strategy that cuts risk when markets are “too hot,” holds cash-like T‑bills or shorts in weak regimes, and otherwise owns SPY—favoring uptrends and deeply oversold bounces.

Daily it reads a short‑term “heat” score (RSI, 0–100). If key gauges look too hot (broad US/global, key sectors, semis), it moves 100% to SHV (T‑bills). If not, but SPY is still somewhat hot, it parks ~50% in SHV. Else: if SPY is above its 200‑day average (uptrend) or very washed‑out, own SPY. If QQQ fell >10% in 60 days, hold SHV. Otherwise, if bonds (TLT) are weaker than inverse Nasdaq (PSQ), short via SH; if stronger, hold SHV.
