A rule-based strategy that shifts between US stocks, commodities, foreign markets, bonds, and a fear-based volatility fund depending on which area looks strongest or most unstable.
NutHow it works
This strategy first asks: have US stocks (SPY) been doing better than commodities (DBC) over the long run? If yes, it mostly tries to ride the stock market using turbocharged funds tied to the S&P 500 or Nasdaq. But if the market looks too overheated or unusually unstable, it may switch into UVXY, a fund that tends to jump when market fear rises. If US stocks are not leading, it looks to commodities. If commodities are in a clear uptrend, it buys DBC. If not, it picks whichever has been strongest lately among foreign stocks, Brazil, or safer US Treasury bond funds.

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
