Every 3 months, the strategy looks at 9 major U.S. stock market sectors and checks which ones did worst over the last 14 days (about 2 weeks). It then buys those 3 beaten-down sectors equally and holds them until the next quarter. The idea is simple: recently weak sectors may bounce back.

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers.
