This strategy watches the U.S. stock market through SPY (an S&P 500 fund). If the market is healthy, it buys the 5 strongest large U.S. stocks based on recent performance. If the market looks weak, it often moves to SH, a fund that rises when the S&P 500 falls. After sharp selloffs, it may briefly buy stocks again to catch a rebound.
