Daily it checks two things: interest rates and market stress. • If longer‑term bonds are beating T‑bills (rates steady/falling), it holds a 3× S&P 500 fund—unless the S&P 500 just fell hard and fear spiked, then it switches to a 3× long‑Treasury fund briefly. • If rates are rising, it cuts stock risk and mixes stocks with Treasuries, the US dollar, and gold, sized by recent calmness.
