A daily, leveraged S&P 500 strategy that watches interest‑rate trends and volatility. It rides UPRO in friendly regimes and rotates into a lower‑volatility mix of Treasuries (IEF/TMF), gold (GLD), and the US dollar (UUP) when risks rise.

Daily: 1) Are bonds (BND) beating cash‑like T‑bills (BIL) over 60 days? If yes, rates not rising; if no, rising. - Not rising: mostly hold UPRO (3x S&P 500). After a >5% 10‑day drop plus a vol spike (SVXY down), flip to TMF (3x long Treasuries); otherwise stay in UPRO. - Rising: if bonds bounced in 2 days, hold 55% UPRO + 45% of IEF (7–10y Treasuries), UUP (US dollar), GLD (gold), TMF, sized by recent calmness. If bonds still fall, hold only that mix (adds UPRO if calm).
