An aggressive chip-sector trading strategy that flips between bullish and bearish 3x semiconductor funds, then uses gold, cash-like bonds, dollar funds, and hedges when market conditions look risky.

This strategy mainly bets on semiconductor stocks, using very aggressive funds that can rise or fall about 3x as fast as the chip sector. It watches whether chip stocks have moved up or down too far, too fast. If they look overheated, it may bet against them. If they look washed out, it may buy them. When signals are mixed, it spreads money among safety assets like Treasury bills, gold, the U.S. dollar, commodities, or market hedges.
