This strategy is a fast-moving semiconductor trader. It watches chip stocks first, then asks: did they move sharply today, and is market fear high or low? Big down days usually trigger a bullish bet on semiconductors; big up days often trigger a bearish bet. If signals are mixed, it checks whether chip stocks look overheated or washed out over recent weeks, and may hide in short-term bonds or T-bills when markets look stressed.
