About
A fast-moving strategy that mostly bets on semiconductors and tech, switching between bullish, bearish, and defensive positions based on recent market behavior and whichever sub-strategy has been winning lately.
This strategy is an aggressive market-timer focused mostly on semiconductor and tech stocks.
It watches whether chips and the broader market look too hot or too beaten down, then quickly switches between bullish funds, bearish funds, and defensive holdings like T-bills, gold, or volatility funds.
At the top level, it compares several versions of this playbook and follows the one that has been working best most recently.
Out-of-sample annualized return ~27.3% vs S&P ~22.8%, driven by agile semis/tech timing and adaptive hedges. Higher upside, but much larger drawdowns and lower risk-adjusted Sharpe; disciplined sizing is essential.
