About

Daily switch that rides aggressive tech (TQQQ/TECL/UPRO) in uptrends, but when signals say “too hot,” weak, or choppy, it hedges or rotates to volatility (UVXY), gold (GLD), managed‑futures (DBMF), or short QQQ (PSQ/SQQQ).
NutHow it works
Each day it checks if the S&P 500 is above its 200‑day avg (uptrend). In uptrends it mostly holds TQQQ (3× Nasdaq). On big dips it may buy TECL/UPRO (3× tech/S&P). If the market looks “too hot” (RSI = 0–100 heat meter) or choppy, it hedges with UVXY (volatility), rotates to SPY, GLD (gold), or DBMF (managed‑futures), or shorts QQQ via PSQ/SQQQ. In downtrends it prefers those defensive choices.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample annualized return ~48.8% vs SPY ~17.5%; Calmar ~1.08 signals solid risk-adjusted upside. Dynamic hedges (UVXY/GLD/DBMF) capture tech rallies while controlling risk—note drawdowns can be larger (~45%) vs ~19%.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
