This strategy is an aggressive market-timing system built mostly around big bets on tech stocks. It usually tries to own TQQQ, a fund that aims to move about 3x the daily move of the Nasdaq-100. When markets look weak or dangerous, it can switch to bearish funds, gold, a cash-like Treasury fund, or a volatility fund. It mixes 3 ideas: buy sharp dips, follow the trend when markets are healthy, and get defensive when conditions look unstable.
