This strategy is an aggressive market “switch.” Most of the time it wants to own a turbo-charged tech fund (TQQQ) or a turbo-charged market fund (UPRO/TECL). It constantly checks whether the market looks strong, weak, oversold, or overheated. If conditions look bad, it can flip into funds that rise when the Nasdaq or S&P 500 fall (PSQ, QID, SQQQ, SH). In rare cases it hides in gold or bets on a volatility spike (UVXY/VIXY).
