This strategy makes one big bet at a time, mostly on tech-heavy U.S. stocks. It first asks: is the overall market healthy or weak? Then it checks whether recent moves look exhausted, panicky, or still trending. In strong markets it usually buys extra-aggressive tech funds; in weak markets it may bet against tech, move to gold, volatility, or very short-term Treasury bills.
