About

A rule-based, tech‑tilted strategy: ride uptrends aggressively with TQQQ/TECL/UPRO, and quickly cut risk to cash or inverse funds (PSQ/SQQQ/VIXY) when momentum weakens or gets too hot, guided by RSI, moving averages, and bond/volatility signals.
NutHow it works
Two playbooks: attack vs defense. First, if SPY is above its 200‑day average (uptrend), it mainly rides tech with TQQQ (3x QQQ), buying dips via TECL (3x Tech) or UPRO (3x S&P). If momentum cools or gets too hot, it steps to cash (BIL) or hedges with VIXY/PSQ/SQQQ. If SPY is below, it stays defensive (cash or inverse QQQ) until trend/momentum recover. RSI = 0–100 heat gauge; MAs = trend lines.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample edge: Sharpe 1.19 vs 1.03, annualized return 72.5% vs 17.9%, Calmar ~1.65. Leverages tech uptrends with risk controls for strong upside; note it can endure larger drawdowns (~44% vs ~19%). Potentially far higher rewards than S&P.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
