About

A daily, rule-driven portfolio that toggles between leveraged stock bets and hedges/cash to chase upside while protecting against bear or choppy markets. It uses RSI, moving averages, and volatility signals to guide dynamic asset selection.
NutHow it works
Every day the strategy runs a rule-based check of market health using price trends (moving averages) and momentum (RSI) on SPY and related ETFs, plus a volatility signal (UVXY). If the readings show strength, it leans into leveraged longs (UPRO, TQQQ, SPY). If risk rises or trends weaken, it shifts to hedges and cash/bonds (SDS, SH, UVXY, BIL, IEF/BND). It uses named regimes to structure the logic and then picks assets via nested conditions rather than fixed weights.
CheckmarkValue prop
Dynamic, rule-based strategy that toggles leveraged bets and hedges to chase upside while defending against bear markets. Out-of-sample: ~64% annualized return vs ~20% for the S&P 500, with solid risk-adjusted metrics (Sharpe ~1.11, Calmar ~1.16).

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
