This strategy checks whether technology stocks—especially chip stocks—are acting stronger than several defensive or hedging funds. It uses RSI, a simple score of recent price strength, over the last 5, 10, or 20 days. If tech looks stronger, it buys very aggressive 3x tech funds (TQQQ and sometimes TECL). If not, it moves all the way to BIL, a very low-risk short-term Treasury fund.
