Each day it scores short‑term momentum (RSI = a score of recent up vs down days) for chip stocks (SMH) or broad tech (VGT) versus “safer” funds: managed‑futures (WTMF, CTA), a long/short fund (FTLS), and a rate‑hedge (PFIX). If tech’s score is higher, it buys aggressive 3× tech (TQQQ; or 50/50 TQQQ+TECL on the first test). If none beat the “safer” funds, it parks in T‑bills (BIL). It checks 10‑, 20‑, 5‑, then 20‑day windows daily.
