If SMH beats managed‑futures (WTMF, 10‑day) or hedged‑equity (FTLS, 20‑day), it buys two 3× tech funds 50/50 (TQQQ, TECL). Otherwise it holds the 3 best 5‑day performers among long/short Treasuries (TMF/TMV), volatility up/down (VIXM/SVXY), U.S. dollar (UUP), hedged equity (FTLS), and trend‑following (KMLM).
