A fast-moving strategy that usually bets aggressively on tech when chip stocks are leading, but shifts into volatility, bonds, managed futures, or other defensive trades when markets look stretched or shaky.

This strategy checks the market every day and quickly switches gears. If parts of the market look too overheated, it moves into UVXY, a fund that tends to rise when fear spikes. If big tech looks suddenly beaten down, it buys leveraged tech funds (TQQQ). If conditions are calm and chip stocks (SMH) are stronger than defensive alternatives like WTMF or FTLS, it buys leveraged tech (TQQQ and TECL). Otherwise, it picks 3 short-term leaders from a defensive basket including Treasury trades, volatility funds, managed futures, a stronger-dollar fund, and hedged stock funds.
