About

Daily rules: sell euphoria with a volatility hedge, buy big dips with leveraged tech, else follow leadership. If semis (SMH) beat a cautious long/short fund (FTLS), go risk-on (TQQQ); if not, rotate into steadier diversifiers (managed futures, dollar, bonds, vol).
NutHow it works
Each day it checks a simple “hot/cold” score (RSI). If big indexes look too hot, it hedges with volatility (UVXY). If they look washed out, it buys the dip with 3x tech/semis (TQQQ/TECL/SOXL/SPXL). Otherwise it compares chips (SMH) vs a cautious long/short fund (FTLS): if chips lead, go aggressive (TQQQ); if not, hold calmer diversifiers picked for steadiness (FTLS, KMLM=managed‑futures, UUP=dollar, bonds/vol).
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample return: 22.0% vs SPY 16.9%, via RSI-based risk-on/off shifts and semis/tech leadership with hedges. Calmar ~0.71 over 355 days—potential for stronger long-run growth with disciplined risk.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
