This strategy is like a market weather system. It checks whether markets look calm, overheated, falling, or panicky, then shifts money accordingly. When conditions look good, it can buy aggressive stock funds, especially tech. When risk rises, it rotates into safer areas like Treasury bonds, cash, consumer staples, utilities, gold, or managed futures. It can also use funds that rise when stocks or volatility spike.
