About

A rules‑based, tech‑heavy strategy: ride uptrends with 3x ETFs (mainly TQQQ), but if markets overheat or drop fast, switch to hedges (inverse/volatility ETFs) or T‑bills/bonds. Uses trend, “hot/cold” signals, and crash tripwires to manage risk.
NutHow it works
Step 1: Check if stocks are trending up and bonds are calm. If yes, go offense (TQQQ/TECL/UPRO; sometimes SOXL). Step 2: If prices look very hot or after big 1‑day spikes, buy short‑term insurance (VIXY/SOXS) or hold cash (BIL). Step 3: If very washed‑out, buy quick rebounds (TECL/SOXL/UPRO). Step 4: If trends weaken, rotate to hedges (PSQ/SQQQ/BTAL), Treasuries (TLT/IEF) or cash.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample edge: ~32.6% annualized return vs ~17.7% for the S&P, driven by trend-following tech bets plus timely hedges. Higher upside with active risk controls, but drawdowns near ~30%—suitable for experienced, growth-seeking investors.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
