About

A weekly, rules‑based rotation: buy big China or gold dips, bet on a volatility pop when the S&P 500 looks overheated, otherwise ride big‑tech momentum via TQQQ. A constant 10% stays in gold (GLD) and Bitcoin (GBTC).
NutHow it works
Each week it picks one main holding for 90%: - If China (YINN, 3x) plunged recently (>30% drop from a peak in ~2 weeks, a big drawdown), buy YINN. - Else if gold (UGL, 2x) fell >15%, buy UGL. - Else if the S&P 500 looks “too hot” (RSI>70 = strong recent gains), buy UVXY (volatility). - Else if tech (TQQQ, 3x) hasn’t dipped much (<15% in ~3 weeks), buy TQQQ. - Otherwise buy UGL. Always keep 10% split in GLD (gold) and GBTC (Bitcoin).
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample edge: Sharpe ~2.16 vs SPY ~1.38; annualized return ~115% vs ~17%; Calmar ~11.4. A disciplined, weekly rotation across China, gold, volatility, and tech delivers stronger risk-adjusted upside than the S&P 500, with controlled drawdown.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
