Daily tactical strategy: sit in T‑bills until markets hit extremes; buy long‑vol (UVXY/VIXM) when stocks look overheated, and use leveraged equity plus short‑vol or bonds when markets look washed out.

Each day it checks a 10‑day heat score (RSI) on big stock indexes. If any look extremely hot, it buys funds that jump when fear spikes (UVXY and VIXM) to catch a volatility pop. If tech or the S&P look washed out, it mixes leveraged stock funds (QLD or SSO) with either bonds (BSV) or an inverse‑vol fund (SVXY), chosen by recent strength. Otherwise it sits in T‑bills (BIL). Rebalances daily.
