This strategy acts like a market thermometer using a 10-day “heat” score called RSI. If several major stock areas have gotten too hot too fast, it shifts into volatility funds tied to market fear. If tech or the broad market has dropped hard, it buys a leveraged stock fund, a short-term bond fund, or a volatility-falling fund, depending on which looks stronger or weaker. If nothing stands out, it sits in ultra-short Treasury bills.

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers.
