A short‑term, high‑volatility bet that goes fully long two VIX-futures ETFs when broad, extreme momentum signals appear across key equity proxies; otherwise it stays out. High risk due to leverage and VIX ETF decay; no explicit tail risk hedge.

The strategy watches several popular ETFs with a 10-day lookback. If those RSI readings cross very high thresholds (e.g., above 83, 79) in multiple symbols, it places 100% of capital into two volatility ETFs (UVXY and VIXM), split 50/50. If conditions aren’t met, it stays out or follows secondary conditional paths that may involve other volatility/inverse concepts, but the core action is a hard move into UVXY and VIXM on extreme momentum signals. It does not rebalance, and there’s no explicit tail-hedge for black-swan events.
