About

Tactical, high‑risk switcher: if markets look very overbought it flips into a volatility spike bet (UVXY). Otherwise it buys deep dips in 3x equity funds; if no dip, it sits in a dividend/growth mix. Uses RSI to judge “too hot” or “too cold.”
NutHow it works
RSI is a 0–100 “too hot/too cold” score over 10–21 days. - If any major market fund gets very hot (>~80), the strategy jumps into UVXY, a fund that spikes when markets drop. - Else, if volatility is heating up, it holds VIXM or, on deep panic, buys SPXL (3x S&P). - If volatility is calm, it buys sharp dips in TQQQ/SOXL/SPXL (3x tech/semis/S&P). If no dips, it parks in SCHG/QQQH/DGRO/SCHD. High risk: uses leveraged and volatility ETFs.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample, this RSI-driven tactical strategy switches into volatility hedges and leveraged bets, delivering ~70.7% annualized return with ~9.5% max drawdown, Sharpe 1.56 vs SPY 1.01, Calmar 7.44—stronger, smoother upside vs the S&P 500.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
