A daily, rules-based switchboard that rotates among tech stocks, defensive sectors, Treasuries, or even inverse ETFs. It uses trend (200‑day average) and momentum “heat” (RSI) to lean in during strength and step aside or hedge when risk rises.

Each day it picks 1 of 3 playbooks that recently held up best. Signals used: - Trend: is the S&P 500 (SPY) above its 200‑day average? - Heat (RSI): a 0‑100 “hot/cold” meter of recent price moves (high=hot, low=cold). In uptrends it leans into tech funds (QQQ/XLK or 2x QLD/SSO). If trends weaken or get too hot/cold, it shifts to Treasuries (TLT/BND/IEI/BSV/SHV) or uses inverse funds (SH/PSQ/QID) to hedge.
