About
A QQQ‑focused tactical strategy. In uptrends it holds QQQ unless momentum looks overheated, then shifts to BTAL or T‑Bills. In downtrends it buys oversold tech or SPY, otherwise hides in BTAL or cash. Uses simple trend and RSI signals; rebalanced daily.
Daily: 1) Big trend check—if the S&P 500 (SPY) is above its 200‑day average, hold QQQ (Nasdaq‑100) unless short‑term momentum looks overheated (using fast RSI on leveraged TQQQ/SPXL). If it’s too hot, switch to defense: BTAL (low‑beta long/short) or BIL (T‑Bills). 2) If SPY is below its 200‑day, buy sharp dips (XLK or SPY) when RSI is very low; if not, use a 20‑day trend/RSI check to choose BTAL, BIL, or default to QQQ. RSI 0–100: high=hot, low=cold.
Out-of-sample annualized return 27.6% vs 21.1% for the S&P 500; max drawdown 16.0% vs 18.8%; Calmar 1.72—a higher upside with better downside control. Daily regime-based tech tilt plus defensive hedges seek stronger long-run growth with smoother risk.
