About

Daily, it reads a 3× tech fund as a thermometer. In weak trends it parks in LLY. In uptrends it owns NVDA unless tech looks overheated; then it flips to UVXY, a volatility play. Concentrated and aggressive.
NutHow it works
It uses TECL (a 3× tech fund) as a market thermometer. If TECL’s price is above its 200‑day average, the trend is up; otherwise it’s weak and it holds LLY (a large pharma stock). In uptrends: if TECL looks extremely “hot” by short‑ and medium‑term heat gauges, it flips to UVXY (a fear/volatility fund); if not, it holds NVDA. Checked daily.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample shows a high-risk tech-timing sleeve: -0.86%/yr returns and 42% drawdown vs SPY’s +18% and ~19% drawdown. Not a substitute for the S&P—best for bold, risk-tolerant portfolios seeking diversification.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
