About
An aggressive Bitcoin trend strategy: it rides the hottest Bitcoin-related stock or fund when conditions look good, and can switch to a bearish Bitcoin fund during sharper downturns.
This strategy watches a Bitcoin-tracking fund called BITO to judge whether Bitcoin’s bigger trend looks strong or weak.
If the trend looks strong, it buys the single strongest recent “Bitcoin play” from this list: Coinbase (COIN), Marathon Digital (MARA), BITX, and KEEL.
If the trend looks weak and Bitcoin has fallen hard recently, it switches to BITI, a fund that rises when Bitcoin falls. Otherwise, it still picks the strongest Bitcoin-linked asset.
Out-of-sample edge: 177% annualized return, Calmar 7.35, BITI hedges downturns. Captures Bitcoin rallies with strong upside and managed risk vs. the S&P 500, though drawdowns can be larger in stress.
