Each day it holds one thing: Microsoft (MSFT), a defensive “anti‑beta” fund (BTAL, which tends to help when flashy stocks fall), or T‑Bills (BIL). It checks short‑term “heat” (how fast prices just ran up) across big indexes and sectors. If any look too hot, it steps into BTAL or cash. If not, it holds MSFT—except after a sharp tech drop, when a big one‑day bounce can also send it to BTAL.
