Your money is split across several simple rule sets. They watch: 1) trend vs a long‑term average (a “trendline” showing if the market is healthy) and 2) a hot/cold meter (RSI, 0–100: high=recent surge, low=recent selloff). In uptrends they hold QQQ (big tech) or VT (global). When hot they hedge with VIXY (volatility). When cold they buy QQQ/QLD (2× QQQ). In weak trends they rotate to XLP/XLU/XLV (defensive), TLT/SHY/BIL (Treasuries), GLD (gold), sometimes PSQ (short QQQ) or BRK.B with SPY.
