Two gauges drive it: 1) Trend: price vs its 200‑day average (above = uptrend). 2) RSI (0–100): a “how hot/cold” score. Uptrend: own the Nasdaq‑100 (regular/2x/3x) and sometimes long Treasuries; if short‑term looks overheated, briefly switch to a volatility hedge. Downtrend: if extremely oversold, bet on a sharp tech rebound; otherwise hold T‑bills + a tactical sleeve that flips between bearish and bullish 3x tech/semis, plus two defensive blue‑chips. High risk.
