Daily it classifies conditions with simple signals: RSI (0–100 “heat” gauge), big 1–6‑day moves, volatility (VIX funds), and stocks‑vs‑bonds. If Risk‑On, it rides 3× tech/semis (TECL=3× tech, SOXL=3× semis, TQQQ=3× Nasdaq). If overheated it hedges with UVXY (volatility) or 3× bears (TECS/SOXS/SQQQ). On sharp drops it buys TECL/SOXL; if stress persists it uses BIL (T‑bills), TMF/TMV (Treasuries), dividends, gold, energy, dollar, or BTAL (anti‑beta).
