This strategy mostly chooses between the S&P 500 (SPY), technology stocks (VGT), cash-like Treasury bills (BIL), and a few high-risk emergency positions. It checks whether the market looks overheated, panicky, or weak using recent price behavior. If markets look too hot, it often moves to a defensive mix of cash and volatility protection. If stocks look beaten down, it buys tech. In normal uptrends, it holds SPY and VGT roughly 50/50.
